| Description |
various sailing dinghys of all ize and ages start from the Nass Beacon and sail towards the Strood. To complete the course boats must be hauled across the Strood assisted by Army volunteers. The race is a handicap race - boats must be registered in advance and confirm their course either clockwise or anti clockwise. It is not actually possible to sail right round the island - but almost! |
